The Service of Counsellors (Food, Agriculture and Fisheries) comprises persons with a high degree of professional/political expertise and experience in the areas of food, agriculture and fisheries.
These Counsellors are posted to a number of Danish Missions abroad, where they perform political and export-related tasks.
A great deal of emphasis is placed on the competence profiles of prospective Counsellors, thus ensuring the best possible starting point for the entire food industry with regards to contact or negotiations with host countries' governments, authorities, experts, trade organisations and enterprises as well as the media.
