"I have a question regarding the form for expressing interest in bidding on the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries' agreements on Animal Behaviour, Health and Welfare, and Food Quality and Consumer Behaviour.
The form available for download on the Ministry’s website is in PDF format and cannot be filled in electronically. Is it the intention that the form be completed by hand and scanned – or is there a version that can be filled in electronically?"
